South Denver

South Denver is home to many fine educational institutions, including the University of Denver at the higher education level, and a plethora of highly rated public and private elementary and secondary schools.  Thus, it is a very popular area for families.  On the northern reach of South Denver you’ll find Platt Park and its South Pearl Street, with one of the most quaint yet vibrant shopping and dining districts in the city, which doubles as a farmer’s market locale on Sundays in the warmer months.  

South Denver also offers easy access and proximity to the Denver Tech Center (DTC) and employment centers in the South metro area via Interstate 25 and its adjacent light rail line.
